Bee stings

A couple of days ago, I was stung by a bee. Nothing happened except for a tiny bit of inflammation around the area of the sting. Now two days later, my foot is showing quite a bit of inflammation to the point that I can feel it when I walk. And it is now starting to get itchy.

Anyone have any suggestions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Pat, If you have Phenol or anything that contains Phenol, just apply its diluted solution on the place where bee has stung you.

Also if you take Carbolic Acid 6C, it may not help you now but next time if any insect stings, reaction would be less severe.

Phenol is also called carbolic acid.

Dear girilal,
What is phenol. Have looked through the internet, but is not telling me where to find it? I might have some in the house without knowing it.

Pat2006 last decade
Phenol is in many cleaning/disinfecting agents.

girilal last decade
Take a match stick...break the chemical part of it ....make the chemical part into powder and rub the powder at the point where the bee stung you.

And....take Apis Mel 200 three times a day for 2 days.

The results are quick.

Best wishes,

Girilal and Pankaj

I'm having a lot of trouble with the internet and especially with this website this morning but was eventually able to find a website that mentions Phenol. Apparently, aspirin is made with phenol.

Since I'm walking bare footed a lot these days, I'll carry some stuff with me.

THANKS A BUNCH!!!!!

Your both such great souls!!!

I checked on the internet, Phenol is used to make Aspirin. But Phenol is antiseptic and Asprin is not. You can rub some asprin on your wound because it numbs the nerve endings.

girilal last decade
girilil--you have good result using carbolic acid in potency---when not used immediately--as more like dealing with long after effects of stings...this i typically use 1st choice--not the experience after some time..what is your thoughts or experience on this?

girilal,

I've looked through several items, but did not find phenol mentioned as an ingredient.

If anyone finds something that has phenol in it, please let me know.

Pat2006 last decade
not certain where this is going --but phenol needed be ehated-some over 100 degrees fahenheit so help dilution in water...and it is dermal toxicity that may over come bee sting complaint but cause unwanted large dose side effects..look into toxiciy absorbation--symptoms and by what means enters body---be wise with use--and science minded so not hurt self for experiment reasons...better if ebnt on use --use in potency as girilil mentioned secondarily..pat you-and i dont see eye to eye--but i not want read you unnecessary aggravtation...be careful and wsie thinking..with using phenol in crude or additive state..

As long as sweet and kind men like Girilal and Punkaj treat me, I have nothing to fear.

Aggrevations depend largely on the homeopath.

Pat2006 last decade
aggravtion depends on toxicity of med used in this case--no confuse the point..yeti think you got it anyway..

What is john Stanton talking about Yeti & all ???? Can't understand his language thought this forum used English only. Phenol is a disinfectant used regularly while sweeping floors, right??

In my earlier post I recommended Carbolic Acid 6C (and Phenol in diluted form as first aid.) My mistake, it should be diluted to at least 2x

girilal last decade
I have plenty of Pine-Sol and a bottle of Mr. Clean. I checked the ingredients and I could not find the word phenol in it.

Girilal,
Can you please give instructions for diluting to 2x

Thanks.

if anyone wants clarification on my definition of aggrevations, let me know so I can make my e-mail available to you. At this moment, I'm not open to further explanations.

'Pat2006' :
Was the bee who stung you a Honey-Bee or what. Normally they sting you, when you are in their way or if you have irritated them.

ANYWAY, instead of trying phenol (I think it is a hare-brained unprofessional prescription), this will defintely help you immediately without any aggravations whatsoever.

1. Moist the area of the sting. AND apply Nat.Mur.-3X (powdered) on the spot and around. Repeat every hour. Neutralises poison, relieves itching n inflammations in 3-6 hours.
.OR.
2. Apply / massage pure Calendula-Q liquid (homeopathic mother tincture) on the sting spot around. Repeat every hour. Neutralises poison, relieves itching n inflammations in 3-6 hours.

Unlike my other posts, normally, which you do not understand, If you have not understood the above post, please let me know accordingly.

Hello Nesha

I think it was a very nice and sweet bee because it didn't make me scream like the other two which stung me as a kid. LOL

Nesha, I have Calendula 6x which I had to special order and that was all the health food store could get for me. Do you think this will work?

I am expecting that I will get stung again because now I can't even wear socks because as soon it gets a tiny bit of moisture, my foot itches like crazy. I can't wear shoes when I take my dog for a walk at the park.

Nesha, I understood everything you said. Thank you.

BOTH MY DOG AND I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYONE KIND HELP.

'Pat2006' :
It seems the stingger was a sleepless diabetic on Arnica. Let your dog guard those legs and bite it the moment another stingger takes a shot at you.

ANYWAY, jokes apart, Calendula-6X is not as good as Calendula-Q, which is alcohol based. What I further suggest is moist the sting area n around with your local vodka, brandy or any pure alcohol and then 'RUB IN' the powdered calendula-6X. Repeat every hour. Try the Nat.Mur.-3X. It works excellently and safely and softly in such cases.

Also thank you for understand my current post.

Guys and Gals !!

It seems you never tried the match stick and Apis Mel 200.

That works the fastest.
you have to use it once to believe it. And Match stick is availabe everywhere ......except North Pole ofcourse.

Pat...did you think I was joking when I wrote the earlier post ??????

If you had rubbed the chemical of the match stick at the point of the sting...you would have been completely healed by now.

I was dead serious !!!

Gud Luck,

Pankaj

The matches is all I have been using. My foot is back to normal now except a tiny red spot where the stinger poked me.

matches certainly love me. They give me the ability to enjoy my food. Always found the need to eat right after applying the match powder.

I was able to wear socks this very warm afternoon also without any more itchiness. That's a sign that my foot is back to normal.

Always great to have options though. Now I have another use for the calendula 6x and will even use it on my gums too.

Pat2006 last decade
i have been wondering if the reason my foot didn't get completely swollen right away is the result of kuldeep's girilal's match remedy that i have been taking.

thanks everyone for your kind and caring help that i very much appreciate.
