post operative problems

My 11 yr old son has been operated twice for a brain tumour called craniophrangioma. once at the age of 9 and secondly at the age of 11. He has followong problems after second surgery:
1. Pitutory gland is not functioning properly resulting in problems like DI, Growth harmon deficiency.

2. He has hemipraysis of left side.

3. He has hemidystonic movements of right side..makes his right body parts very stiff and cries along with that. Also has dystonic movements in tongue due to which cant speek, eat, drink properly.

He is taking following alopathic drugs now.
A. Alonazepam + Pecitone for muscle relaxation.

B. Hisone, which is a steriod .

Plese suggest some homeopath medicine for:
1. Dystonic movement control
2. To increase his speech
3. To moke his left side strong.
4. To replace groth harmones
5. To make the urine output/liquid intake proper to control DI.
