Trigger Finger

My wife is suffering from Trigger Finger for the past 2 years. she has been advised to take Ruta 30 for 3 months which she has taken. No improvements.
Can some one suggest the remidy?

Since Ruta has not helped for 3 months you can use Colocynthis 30c in the wet dose which is made by inserting 3 pellets of this remedy into a 500ml bottle of spring water which you will shake hard to bubble every time before you sip a teaspoonful.

The duration of treatment is difficult to predict.

You will have to take if for some weeks twice daily and report response.
