I have just started a Candida cleanse. Is it okay to use Bragg's amion acids?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It probably depends on how bad your case of Candida is and how badly you want to recover and how badly you're willing to be uncomfortable and how willing you are to suffer.

I personally was desperate to recover and got on a very strict diet for about two months.

Yeast eat EVERYTHING except chlorophyll. That means vegestables like broccoli, spinish, carrots, cauliflour, sprouts, zuccini, squash, etc.

The yeast also live off carbs and starches including potatoes, beans, corn, etc.

The best book I have found that divides foods into groups is The Yeast Connection by Dr. Strowbridge. You can get the book for about .75 plus shipping at half.com. This book will help you understand the ]TEMPORARY diet restrictions and emphasises that the length of treatment depends on both the severity and the willingness of the patient to recover.
