left sided hemiplegia
sudden left sided paralysis started with left hand and with tingling sensation.however the symptomps dissappeared after administering glucose but after taking an allopathic drug which was prescribed it aggravated and covered the left leg as well.now its three years and yet there is no improvement in condition.the person (male) was of 54years old with a strong and robust body but of late he is feeling weakness.the following are the symptoms:1)pain in the cardiac region sometimes extending to the left arm.aggravated by walking amelioration by rest
but once the pain did appear even while resting.the pain also appears when he is in a hurry or tensed.
2)swelling of the left leg which dissappeared after administering plumbum metallicum
3)the sense oftouch is present and is also able to lift the arm above the shoulders
4)constipation.no stools for two three days.initially after the attack there was no stool for 8 days and had to take enema
5)remedy administered presently plumbum metallicum,arnica,lachesis since one month.there is improvement in cardiac pain and swelling of the legs

Your initial treatment and choice of medicine seems o.k particularly in relation to lachesis. Do continue lachesis. But one thing you note that Plumbum metalicum goes for paralysis if and only if 'There is loss of flesh on the affected part' . So have a look if the affected parts appear thin than before.
