a word on arterioslerosis

All sicknesses are caused by stress.

Arteriosclerosis is a disease that needs to be dealt with in more detail. There are numerous diagnoses attempting to explain the patient’s ailment: osteocondrosis, neurology, radiculitis, circulation problems in the head and limbs, neurological deficiencies, and so on, but a diagnosis doesn’t make you feel better.

If one vertebra sinks upon another, if they stand too close together, then when you bend over, they touch one another. When bone touches bone the result is injury, however microscopic, on the cell level, but still an injury. The injured bone repairs itself by building a bridge of bone, i.e. by fortifying itself from above. This formation is called exostosis (osteochondroma).
You will now probably want to know where the bone gets it building material from. The answer is – out of the very same injured vertebra. With time the vertebra grows more brittle and the exostosis, harder. It sits like a falcon’s claw on the vertebra, sticking into you whenever you’re back in not straight.

This should give you a basic idea of what happens, but what really counts is how it happens – bit by bit with age or suddenly as the result of trauma. If it is caused by trauma, then the extent of the injured part of the body is always the part that attracts the trauma by stress. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Vertebral discs act as shock absorbers between the vertebrae. As a consequence of trauma they can slip, smash or atrophy. However, even a disc that has been smashed can be cured without surgery. First, you have to ask the injured part to forgive you for causing the trauma.

Even a 70-year old can heal himself from atherosclerotic deformations if he knows and uses the right method of communication with his body. The recuperation will, of course, take longer than in a young person. As each deformation takes time to build up, it will also take time to disappear – from a couple of months to a couple of years – depending on the quality of work done with oneself.

Here is what to do:
1. Ask your spine to forgive you for allowing the trauma to happen.
2. Release your stresses, finding the right one based on logic and according to the instruction given earlier in my teaching
3. Regularly do the elevating exercise for your spine.
4. Take powered eggshell.

In addition to the above, arteriosclerosis damages the blood vessels and causes circulation problems in the entire body. The whole world today is battling against cholesterol – the substance causing arteriosclerosis. Curious as it may seem, arteriosclerosis also attacks orthodox vegetarians. Why, do you suppose? On the other hand, it never bothers a person who keeps his back straight and his spine erect. And why could that be? Because a straight back and elevated spine allows the energy to flow along its natural course. Normally body energetics guarantees a rapid flow of blood. The system is working in its proper operation mode and the cholesterol can do its proper job – buff the walls of blood vessels as if with sandpaper.

The flow of blood is also speeded up by appropriate physical exercise – the most convenient and most easily adaptable for all conditions being gymnastics. I can almost hear the arguments of people who do hard physical labor and are sure that their work is equal to exercising. They think it makes no difference how you torture your body. But hard bodily labor, as generally experienced, does not make you healthy, especially if you have to force yourself to do it and think dark thoughts in the process.

A person working with his mind, on the other hand, who is happy to spare an hour to work out or go jogging in the park, will do a great deal to restore his health. Also, those people who, as a preventive measure against sickness, started exercising in childhood, won’t fall ill in the first place. I repeat – the right kind of exercise is important. A lot of people doing mental work are aware that they have to exercise in order to be able to maintain their creativity.

The only way to get well through sport is to enjoy what you are doing. Anything you do under duress is completely useless.

Continuous and monotonous physical activity, without changing one’s position, causes unbalanced muscle strain that, in turn, brings tension to the skeleton. Skeletal exhaustion follows, resulting in brittleness of bone. As we know, even metal can tire. The bones, feeling tired, start to shift. If you can’t fight, then you’ll run and that’s exactly what the bones are doing – running away from the offender because they are tired of being abused. The more the bone is hurt the more wary it gets – a small move in the wrong direction and you feel something snapping in your back. The spine is giving its dear owner a chance to lie on his back helplessly for a couple of days and contemplate what he is doing wrong. This sort of thing usually happens to people who ceaselessly bustle one task to another without ever sitting down to think.

Someone taking care of the health of his body in the same way he would care for a farm animal – by continuously forcing it to overexert – will end up with a progressive deformation of the spinal column. The muscles will become out of balance and the wrong kind of tension will cause the bones to change their shape.

If you really care for your body and, wishing it well, start every morning with physical exercise, then by doing so you are preparing it for the day’s work. If the day promises to be hard then you can say to your body, “Please forgive for having to work so hard today. There is no other way. Please help me. I love you. And now let’s get going, the two of us!” And your body will feel as good at night as it did in the morning.

I would like to conclude the topic of the support structure of the body – the spinal column – with an example from real life.

AN EXAMPLE FROM LIFE

A cheerful and hefty man of 50 came for consultation. “I bet you have never seen anything like this before”, he said. “Let me show you.” And right he was. When he had removed the prosthesis from his horrible swollen arm, the whole arm started to stretch, the elbow shrinking together, until it looked like the thin part between to sausages. The picture was enough to make you weep. The medical diagnosis was: syringomyelia.

His illness had lasted for 25 years and the pain in his sick arm was constant and persistent. The only way he could sleep at night was to lie down on the floor with his handicapped arm underneath his body, to make it “go to sleep”. This way the pain was more bearable. The doctors had tried to help him in every conceivable way and as a last resort, had decided to amputate the whole arm from the shoulder. His coming to see me was a piece of pure luck.

I remember looking at the arm and not seeing any bone at all. The other arm had bones but this one – nothing. The whole hand was like rubber. I could see an outline of a bone, though. What’s more, I saw that he had fractured his humerus above the elbow at the age of 14. the injury was left undiagnosed and unfixed at that time, and an outflow of calcium resulted. Extreme osteomalacia – softening of the bone – developed and the elbow practically ceased to exist. Had the cervix and upper back part of the spine been healthy, the damage would not have been as extensive, but he was holding his head bent between his shoulders – his neck was injured and too painful to keep straight. The man was stubborn by nature, and although he never wished anybody harm he was dogmatic and unyielding in his beliefs.

I healed the bone. We used the same methods of mental healing that I introduced to you in earlier teaching that are posted here. When he returned to my office on the Friday morning – the fifth day of therapy – and announced that the night before he had picked blueberries and put them in his mouth with the same hand, it seemed too incredible to believe. But when a month later he came back with his wife, who laughingly complained that her husband insisted on dragging around heavy sacks of grain, I had to believe it.

It was no miracle. It was purposeful therapy starting with eliminating the cause, and needing faith, will and care for one’s body for its completion. But what about the cause? Why this particular bone and not any other? The reason lay in a previous life and the string of stress that was still hanging on to the arm.

Two years after his arm was cured the man returned to me, this time complaining of a blockage of the blood vessel to the right eye which had led to vision problems. This time the reason lay in a stiff-necked attitude, holding on to his principles at all cost and being dead sure that his views on right and wrong were the only possible ones.

Life had grown more complicated for everyone in those last couple of years. Our friend was a gentlemen – he didn’t give a damn what happened to himself but just couldn’t bear to see women slaving away to maintain at least some quality of life. Somewhere deep in his mind he was scared of losing his wife’s love. He refused to look at a world like that, and the body accommodated him – it was starting to make him blind. At that moment there was no other way – Earth had to go through its crisis first.

He was trying to compensate for his psychological problems on the physical level and was almost killing himself with hard work in order that his family might be happy. But you can’t harm yourself by doing good to others and so there was a price to pay. Fortunately our friend is a sensible man, willing to listen to reason, and in a week he was healthy once again. Much wiser, as well.

Three more days went by. He called me again and told that now the muscles on his left palm were visibly atrophying, that is – shrinking. He had the stress, “All right – I am unable to improve the life of all women in my country, but what kind of a man am I, if I can’t even make the life of my own wife easier? What do I have two hands for, then!” As the stress had to do with the future, his hand met him half way. Then he finally realized you have to know the right way to go through crises. He forgave his fears and self-accusation and in three more days the hand was healthy once again.

Unfortunately only a few people realize that the change of attitude has to be permanent. The qualities of my present as well as future lives depend on my state of mind and my way of thinking. It doesn’t change anything if I don’t care a dime about the future existence because I don’t believe in that sort of thing. It’s similar to the way not being acquainted with the law doesn’t free you from liability.

Think about your own experience and you’ll see that once you have a disease, others will easily follow. And the more sicknesses you have, the more scared and nervous you become – you can’t sleep or work the way you once did you have trouble thinking, etc. the human organism is a whole and sickness is the alarm bell indicating that something is out of balance. It is only a matter of time before the next disease will strike.

PS: A woman’s desire to be stronger than men causes her arteriosclerosis. If a man starts hating women for the same reason and doesn’t release his anger then the same disease will strike him.

The power of a woman is love.

Dear Dr. Beek,
That is a wonderful explaination.

I have a book which gives simple reasons for sickness. Some examples:

Blurred vision: Refusing to see the reality surrounding ones own life.

Arthritis: Becoming rigid in ones own attitudes in life...resulting in rigidity of the body.

High Blood Pressure...someone who stopped enjoying life...stopped seeing the positive side of life.

Diabetes: Too sweet to others...holding back his / her inner feelings about others in his immediate surroundings

Urinary problems: worried about the flow of 'God's abundance' in his / her life...i.e. financial worries.

...there are many more examples.

In view of what I have read earlier...your article / post above makes great sense.

Thanks,

Best wishes,

Dear Pankaj Varma,

Many thanks for your reply, I wish more people would be open for this approach. Unfortunately, people need to suffer first, only then (maybe) they will start to look on the inside. I believe that all answers regarding illness and curing are within ourselves. The ability to use our own healing properties are lost, because of dogmas and make belief. People today are like sheep, if one jumps, the other will follow, doesn't matter how much chemicals they need to swallow, or how much has to be operated away, they seem to have accepted this cruel form of help.
Natural healing. like homeopathy, and forgiveness are free of chemicals, natur has it all, we just have to take it.
