constant painful yeast infections

I'm 26 and have suffered from almost constant yeast infections for the past 2 years. not only that but it is accompanied by painful vaginal dryness - there's no discharge whatsoever, just completely dry. i've tried everything and nothing helps - this is destroying my life and my relationship! please help!

Arsenicum Album 30, once a day.

And

Take a pinch of baker's yeast and dilute it in one liter of water. One spoonful of that water twice a day. Store it in referegerator.
