right side chest pain

hi joe how r u ?dear jeo my bp is under control and acidity too i used and i my using nut phose 200 with rawlfia(q)two time a day with my allopathic madicine i take half of mu allpathic madicins means acutric half and half atentol right now ihave 100/ 69 pluse 88 ..but i have a new problem that is right side chest pain its occures in the evening until i go to sleep and when i awakeup in the morning its fine and by evening its back...do u have any idea if it is musculer pain .or its is tiredness i have no idea and this pain happening since a week thank u
