Black mole like spots

Sir ,this is with continuation to my last enquiry My 7 years old son, has tiny black mole like spots in his right hip and on the back side of right knee.Spots are gradually increasing in size & spreading for the last 4 years.Spots are flat on the skin,but can be felt by touch.My son is severely underweight(18 kgs)Plz help me with some remedy.

If he has had vaccination against TB , or has come into contact with it, then he may require a single dose of Baccillinum 1M.

If he had bluey whites to the eyes when born and there is cancer in the past 5 - 6 generations of the Family he may require Carcinosin 1m.
