Shy bladder (paruretics)
I have been suffering with Shy bladder i.e i can not pee in public places. I am able to manage in office and work places by using the toilets instead of urinals. But two situations i am worried more.1) while travelling in tain: I canot pee when the train is moving so I have to wait for the train to stop at stations
2)While travelling in Flight: This is really a big problem I have to wait for the whole journey to pee. Normally I get tensed when I do journey in flight, My stumuck bulges (i have gastric problem and acidity) with anxiety my pennice becomes too small and it is very difficult to urinate. Althoug the urge to urinate is there i can not pee.

Please permit me to advise this patient as I have first hand experience in treating his ailment which I too suffered from for 7 years.
His ailment is due to the constriction of the urethra due to the enlargement of his Prostate gland and I controlled mine with Arnica 30c which I would suggest that he takes 3 times daily preferably in the wet dose. In my case I went into urine retention and decided to have a Retropubic Prostatectomy in 2002 and have recovered completely after it.
Judging by the symptoms that Rkrisnhav has indicated it is possible that he is an advanced case of Prostatitis as the symptons he has given of urine retention only occured in my case during the last few months of my ailment.
I would suggest that he has a full investigation done with blood checked for PSA level and if this is above 4 he is advised to consult a Urologist and have at least 6 biopsies done to eliminate cancer.
