hard bloated stomach
For years I have had problems with a burning in my back and a hard, bloated stomach. Doctors have just diagnosed me with IBS because they cannot find anything else. I am not constipated, nor due I have diarrhea.I am just very uncomfortable and tired by the end of the day after sitting at my desk with the distended stomach. Clothes around my middle are very comfortable, as well as the burning in my back.
Five years ago I was diagnosed with ulcers in the duodenum, but took prilosec to heal those.

I have been taking 20 mg of Prilosec daily for a year. Should I stop that and what dose of Arnica should I use?

Since I believe you have addressed your question to me I must tell you that Arnica alone can help your GERD.
It is the Nat Phos 6x that will. The Arnica 30c comes hand in hand with the Nat Phos to help in the healing process by repairing the eroded esophagus which is symptomatic of GERD for which doctors only have a stock lot of remedies like Prilosec, Zantac, Nexium to name a few which all inhibit the production of acid but not the enzymes in the stomach. As a result your condition gradually goes from bad to worse and a likely scenario is Barrett's disease followed by cancer of the esophagus at the extreme stage.
If you have visited the various links I suggested in the Search forums window on GERD you would have read the many cases that were helped by my therapy which if you do decide to use it will only be effective after you STOP all drugs prescribed by your doctors.
