Sleeping Aid That Works For Me

I've seen posts about sleeping problems. For about the last 1 yr or so I've been using Calms Forte' a product by Hylands that combines about 6 remedies for sleep aid. I've talked to a lot of people here in the U.S. who find this to be an excellent sleep remedy. The Hylands people advise that it is their BESTSELLER.

Sleep is a critical issue. Of course, be watchful of what one puts in their mouth and stomach especially in the evening. There are stimulants in foods/drinks that people don't realize will interfer with sleep.

Thanks! My husband has challenges at night when it comes to sleeping!

I'll talk to him about it.

Joe has some other ideas for sleep that involves Arnica 30C made into a tonic. What he has instructed me to do is add 3 pellets of Arnica 30C to a 500 ml bottle of spring water. Shake the bottle real well. Then take 1 tsp 3 times per day of this 'tonic'. Always shake the bottle real well before taking the tsp. I'm on this 'tonic' for the second day and 'I think' I'm feeling some results. I even made up a bottle for a friend who suffers with arthritis pain, high blood pressure and sleep issues. She's going to take it. Also, I'm going to make up a bottle for my daughter who deals with a lot of pain and sleep issues. So you might give this a try also.
