Pankaj: Please Explain Dose Recommended Page 2 of 2

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Maybe I should try the Hekla Lava 3x 1 tab 3 x's per day and Ruta 30C 4 tabs 3 x's per day suggested by Dr. Sharma. This doc said to take these for 3 months.

What do you think about this combination?

It gets confusing on this forum since many are giving their suggestions.

Dr. Rasish suggested I take Picric Acid 1M - it's for Lumbar L5 area.

He said 1 dose and wait 2 to 3 weeks to judge. I don't know what is meant by 1 dose? How many pellets, etc.

So, I'm confused.

Don't get me wrong I'm grateful but confused.

Pankaj: After I rec'd your messages today and then I replied to you, I started reading my book and looked up Rhus Tox and so many symptoms listed, I have. Backache, Joint Pain, Ligament Pain, Lumbago, Rheumatism, Pain.

In some of my reading about fibromyalgia, I once read that years ago it was called rheumatism.

So I went to my homeopathic pharmacy today and spoke to a homeopath. And she recommended I take Rhus 200C, 5 tabs in morn, and 5 before bed. Take for one week, then go off for a week, and see.

Joe was the only one who recommended Rhus in 1M but he recommended too many remedies for me to handle at one time.

So, I'm going with Rhus for a while and SEE. Thanks very much, again.
