How to with potency - Aconite

Hello
I have a friend who seems to fit the aconite picture. She has had quite a few mental shocks in life. She is blue eyed and fair haired, very sensitive to music, loves animals and nature, dislikes heartless people. She is sweaty mostly around the head neck, and it runs down her back, and arm pits get stinky, she moved to a really hot climate a few years back and that is when it all started and she got the usual run of the mill advice at the time - oh you have to get re-aclimatized, oh everyone sweats here, oh its humid and so on. But most other people do not sweat like she does - profuse. She also gets very anxious at times and can get worked up over trivial things. She can cry easily and is very sensitive seeing others hurt. She also gets very anxious over the sweating problem at times. She has been using the 30 potency and sometimes the 200 though sometimes it doesn't seem to hold very long, are these potencies too high, should she try a lower one like 6? Please help she is turning into a puddle.
thanks in advance

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Aconite is a short acting remedy , effects only last from hours to several days.

It is useful as a stimulant if run down.

The best remedies are
Pulsatilla
Carbo Veg
Hepar sul
Psorinum
Tuberculinum
and Sulfur.

Do NOT use more than ONE remedy at a time and wait after using one dose a day for three sucessive days-- for at least 2 weeks to judge result.

Potency -use 30c but it may be necessary to increase the potency.

Thanks Walkin,
I read somewhere that sulfur is usually indicated after Aconite, and that sulfurs are very intelligent, that would definitely be her as she knows something about a lot of things and reads lots of books.
