Sinus pain/ without drainage

Hello everyone or anyone,

I hope i can relay all these weird symptoms to you so you will have a fair shot at giving me a little advice.

I am 35 year old female, no health problem, great shape,
I exercise regularly, don't smoke,or drink alcohol that much, Glass wine once week maybe. On no meds, Eat healthy, Not to much meat,Ect.
Not under too much stress,
I Practice Yoga for years.
Only family history of head pain is a older sister how sometimes gets Migrains,But they are not sinus related.
I have been getting these all my life or as far back as i can remember TEEN years. It happens where ever i am in the world, Mountains, Desert, Winter in the north,Summer in Florida.
I have them sometimes once a month or i will go months without or i can have 4 attacks a month. this month is a bad one August.
I for the most part wake up with them, It lasts until about 3:00 in the afternoon. Then Im fine but feel beatup. While I'm having these attacks I'm can't function at all. Throbbing on either side of my nose,No dicharge,Pain meds don't help. Hot steam dosen't help. Ice helps very little. I get very thirsty and the pain is so great I get nauseous and sometimes vomit.I wonder if this is brought on by the pressure in the atmosphere?

any suggestions?
Thanks

Pain settles on which side of the fore-head? L/R ?
