taking homoeopathic remedies

Is it necessary to take homoeopathic medicine drops in water? Can drops be taken directly on tongue? I have purchased Dr.Reckweg medicinal drops.Which way effectivness will be high taking in water or directly on the tongue? I have doubt that water is passed through chlorination process or sometimes it may contain bacteria or other foreign bodies which will have impact on homoeopathic drops?Kindly suggest best method of taking drops?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
RECKEWEG drops are to be taken in water (as mentioned on label by manufacturer).

You can take mineral water to be sure.

Homeopathic pills can be taken on the tongue. Allow them to dissolve on their own. Some doctors recommend that you place them in your mouth "under the tongue" so that their impact is not reduced by mixing with food particles already on the upper surface of the tongue.
