progressive MS for 37 years

Hello friends,

I am a full time caregiver for a friend with MS. She was diagnosed 37 years ago.

She has been in a wheel chair for 12 years, and has very limited use of one hand. She can now only operate a ball driven electric chair, and feed herself light finger foods. Amazingly, she has full bladder and bowel function, though does suffer from constipation. She is 63 years old. At the time of diagnosis, she had 4 children within 6 years.

She suffers from a red skin rash on her face, over the bridge of her nose, and on her cheecks, it's red and hot, and peels. She has trouble to regulate her body temp, and is usually either too hot or too cold.

She is a fine weight, 140lbs, at 5'8, and has many moles, healthy hair and good teeth and nails.

She takes a bone density medication for osteoporosis precautions, and an antispasmodic for her leg and arm tremors. She has a very healthy, balanced diet. She is very photosensitve, and doesn't like to be in direct light.

her nature is very happy, and positive with a caring and very kind side. she likes to laugh.

Sadly, there isn't much hope for either conventional or homeopathic cures at this time, and treatments never seem to work, and if there is success, then it's difficult to atrribute that to the treatment, since the progression of the disease of MS typically has an ebb and a flow, at time worse that others. But this isn't always the case, as with my friend, her MS has steadily gotten worse over many years, with no period of arrest.

Perhaps the progessive type of MS (there are something like 26 different types of MS)might be a good one to study with homeopathy, since any positive results might be more readily noticed, and attributed to the treatment.
Unfortunatly for my friend, almost all the research being done now is centered around the kinds of MS that go in to remission.

Just thought I might share this with the forum, as my friend is open to anything at this point, and some support and guidance is appreciared.
