irregular menstrual cycle

I am 24 yrs old and unmarried. I have irreguler menstrual cycle. In sense they get delayed sometimes. I heard from someone that China 6 helps us get the periods if they r getting delayed. is that true? I am not anaemic. Probably I have a harmonal imbalance as I have facial hair and also the flow is heavy when i get my periods.

Please suggest a remedy to reularise my cycle and some urgent remedy to get my periods this month at the earliest.
