Has the patient been examined by a heart specialist and or heart surgeon lately?
Does your patient know that her heart is in good shape?
Are all of her valves working properly?

Your patient needs to get another opinion from a totally different doctor to make sure her heart valves are working properly. If the heart is not working properly, her kidneys won't either and her water retention will not be solved by homeopathy.

In addition to Sajjad's suggestion ...also give Bio-chemic..Natrum Sulph 6X...four tabs..4 times a day.
One hour gap between the two meds.
Best wishes
