I have an 84 years old patient with a history of renal and heart failure.. She is currently on Apis which has reduced her BUN and improved her vitality and urine output.. But she is still retaining fluid! If anyone has any suggestions please provide information.. Thanks..

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Has the patient been examined by a heart specialist and or heart surgeon lately?

Does your patient know that her heart is in good shape?

Are all of her valves working properly?

After thorough check up take apocynum tincture 10 drops in half cup of water thrice daily. If you do not feel any change withen 10 days contact again.

Your patient needs to get another opinion from a totally different doctor to make sure her heart valves are working properly. If the heart is not working properly, her kidneys won't either and her water retention will not be solved by homeopathy.

In addition to Sajjad's suggestion ...also give Bio-chemic..Natrum Sulph 6X...four tabs..4 times a day.

One hour gap between the two meds.
Best wishes
