Following is the case taking details.

Had attack of anxiety neurosis in 1982 with the following symptoms:
(a)Numbness of ledt arm with shorntness of breath and and palpitation.

This was treated by allopathic anti-depressants and anxiolytics.

After this once all of a sudden during intercourse errections failed and inability to intercourse started. which some times disappeared and re-appear suddenly without any apparent cause. Baically this guy had very much strong sexual performance since his puberty and his married life prolonged for around 25 years in which he got 4 kids and was very much satisfied with his sexual performance since the above attack which appeared all of a sudden in the year 1982. Since last two years complete impotency is prevailing not responding to any of the mentioned remedy in previous post. Apparently no other symptoms are available except extreme emotional nature of the patient.

Can you please elaborate little bit more about "what was occuring prior to 1982 incident?"

First of all let me clarify that I am seeking guidance in a case as a practitioner of Homeopahthic medicine. This is not my own case.

Beofre 1982 the patient was having lots of stresses in is life due to financial problems that's what I could dug out of the patient.

Had car accident with scalp and right knee injury getting 8 stiches in head and 7 at knee,in 1971 which kept him in bed for around 1 and a half month.

Had complaint of severe head aches submitting to analgesics like paracetamol for couple of years.

In the year 1988, he got confined to bed for a week from to shock due to his mother's sudden death and couldn't walk without support even few steps., which gradually normalized in a week but fear of death and spasm at glottis with fear of stoppage of breathing remained as prime symptoms for couple of months which gradually subsided with anxiolytics and antidepressants.

Built of patient is: around 6 ft high, 190 lbs weight with black hair,black eyes and very emotional, irritable nature. Cannot bear contradiction

Since last two years complete impotency is prevailing not responding to any of the mentioned remedy in previous post. Apparently no other symptoms are available except extreme emotional nature of the patient.

Very much sensitive to cold and hot weather and is comfortable in medium weather not very hot nor very cold.

In the matter of food likes meats more then vegetables. Eats well and particularly more eating when he has any stress.

Had occassional attacks of acidity in the years between 1982 to 1990 but at present never gets those attacks.

Currently he is taking CLOMIPRAMINE HDROCHLORIDE 10 mg once a day since last 5 years but since 1982 till 1999 he took BROMODIAZEPINE 3mg 1/2 + 1/2 + 1.

He used to smoke almost 40 cigarettes a day but since last 3 years he quit it abruptly. No Alcohol used in life.
