Anxiety, Gray Hair, and Confusion

I am a young male who has been struggling with severe anxiety and depression for several years now. I'm concerned because I seem to be becoming less healthy and have developed quite a lot of coarse gray hair. I also experience mental confusion, a dry cough, insomnia and fatigue, rings around the eyes, sunken eyes, dry lips and skin, dehydration, itchy/sensitive scalp, and apathy.

I have read that Acidum Phosphoricum will help with this, but I'm not sure how accurate that is or what the appropriate dose would be. I'm also concerned about the signs of aging my condition has brought on and would like to know of the remedy will actually reverse these symptoms or simply slow or halt them.

Any help would be appreciated - I'm eager to see if I can start feeling and looking more healthy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
start taking a homoeopathic tonic sold as ALFA ALFA TONIC.

take one table spoon three to four times a day half an hour before every food intake.

take it with few table spoons of water.

the tonic contains a mix of all such remedies like acid phos, avena sativa etc. which will promote good health and remove all the symptoms you have mentioned.

if you can give attention to your food intake and are not suffering from any major mental or physical problems, this will definitely help you.

continue it for a month. you will notice the difference.

Dear Trevor, your complaint does indeed sound like a typical Phos Ac case from the limited information given. If you are looking to try this, I would suggest you start with a low potency, such as a 6 or 12c, give one dose, preferabbly in water, and if this provides some benefit, you may safely move up to a slightly higher potency, once this improvement has reached a plateau. You can move upwards in this way as long as you continue to experience improvement, and there is no occurrence of any symptoms which you have never had before. The remedy should be stopped if there is any aggravation of the condition (which is actually a good sign), after which full cure should follow.

I would avoid the use of combination remedies, as suggested above, as this is not Homoeopathy at all.

Good luck ;)

Thanks so much for the help. I am very new at this, so unfortunately I have a few basic questions:

-should I continue to take the Phos Ac, or stop once the symptoms get better?

-are there things I should avoid while taking the Phos Ac (ie. coffee, alcohol, etc.)?

-are there potential side effects (aside from the aforementioned potential worsening of symptoms) that I should be aware of?

-and finally ... will the Phos Ac actually help alleviate some of the physical manifestations of the mental problems such as the rings around the eyes?

Your help is very much appreciated. I have already ordered the Phos Ac and really look forward to seeing if it will help. Let me tell you, I have been around the whole spectrum of modern psychotropic drugs and have completely given up on that. It's to the point that I seriously question whether there is any real validity to those medicines, and I am hoping that homeopathy can be a solution that works well for a person like me.
