you need to have the patience and confidence. your ailments can not be solved in one stroke. Follow Pankaj's advice. Frustration won't help you.
Emetine, most probably will not be availabe at Bangalore. Once, I got it from Mumbai. You can try with Mumbai based homeo pharmacies.
First of all, drink only mineral/boiled and cooled water. If you taking food from hotel, be careful with food choices. Amoeba spreads mostly from contaminated water. Ensure to take only well cooked foods (not even chutneys). Please note that taking allopathy medicines in the middle will antidote the homeo medicine. Thats why I advised you to stabilise your conditions first and improve your immunity. Have a look at my postings in another thread on amoebiasis.

Thanks all of you angels for your attention toward a pity fellow,I Have Taken Today the Thuja-Q,as Prescribed by you, what about IPECACUANHA-200c shall i start or not.Shall i not taken even single allopathy as without entreoquinol my condition is becoming worse,and without cetrizine at night i am no able to sleep(due to rash).

Dear Doctors,
Also as you told i am taking
mineral water kinley and (Rice and Dal)(Lunch), other then this i cannot take other things as they are indigested ,i avoided chilly ,spicy and oily foods 2 year ago,also at night i am taking home food ,inspite of these precautions i not know my condition is becoming severe every day ,may be some devil effect as my relative are always doing black magic on us because of jealous of our education or it may be due to My Bad Karma in previous or current life.

In 4 days no effect on my in 2nd day my condition become too worse that stomach pain increased too much and i am not able to even sit so i taken again Tinidazole+entreoquinol as i am unable to bear that pain now that is decreased but as i told allopathic doses are temporary, for emetine i consulted all shops but nobody is able to bring that so shall i start IPECACUANHA-200c my condition is going worse day by day please respond.

No...take Aloe 30C four times a day.
It should now give positive results on you because you have taken a miasmic medicine (dose of Thuja)...which was supposed to clear the way for Aloe to work.
Let me know response in 3/4 days.

No effect of aloe is there, that stomach and headache pain is increasing,please suggest medicene only i will get some temporary releif using allopathic medicene this amoeba has not going to be killed.

Dear Doctor,
Headache is same as previous as i told,i am not able to sit on PC, from sides of head some thing like eating and then i get drowsiness which lead me to unable work and also convulsion and hallucination ,so not able to work on project,
forgetness ,feeling as some thing is filled in head.
chest pain and pain around the liver is also started,
anal pain and itching is same ,stomach pain after passing stool,mucus in stool is same,pain in stomach is like of having ulcers as something eating from middle part.achnes around the anus and near parts are same pricky.
most of veg. are indigested passed as its in stool
blanching and strokes of blood all over body is increased(this only suppress after taking allopathic medicene for some time)
after taking aloe drowsiness pain and heat in body is increased.
after taking Thuja only rash on body is littlebit decreased at that time after some days it started again
anyhow amoeba is not going to be killed.can i force demand for emetine-200
