This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can increase your dosage of Nat Phos 6x to 3 tablets taken 3 times a day as it is obvious that your gastric problem is not being helped by the 2 tablets you are taking. You seem to be suffering from the early stages of GERD (gastro esophagal reflux disease). Nat Phos 6x will help you to overcome this ailment very soon.

When you notice relief from your problem you can reduce your dosage of Nat Phos to your present level.

You are also advised to take Arnica 30c in the wet dose 1 teaspoonful twice daily to help your esophagus which I believe is eroded by the gastric juices to recover.

Insert 3 pellets or 2 drops if you have the liquid remedy of Arnica 30c into a 500ml bottle of spring water and shake the bottle hard every time before you sip a teaspoonful twice daily.

Nat Phox 6x to be taken as prescribed above.
