hello sir u advised me to take arnica for 'eye vision problem ' but there are different types of arnica in the market . which one should i use?also pills or water form .

You want Arnica Montana 30c for vision improvement.
You can use either the pellets or the remedy in Ethanol. You use 3 pellets or 2 drops in 500ml spring water or boiled cooled water.
Remember that your improvement will be over a period of at least a year and you will take the remedy once at night just before you sleep.

i started using arnica last week so u mean i got to use it for at least one yr .ok no worries. i m currently taking 5-6 drops in almost a cup of boiled water.
but plz tell me the following questions:
1. i got the remedy which is a 'german' brand' . its like water but with ofcoure smell.is it ok ? imean u being a regular user does it have n e color ?or tellme its features so that i can make sure its gud one which i m using otherwise i change brand .
2i got a solultion of 30 competency .will it work fine or do i need to change it.
its a 10 ml sol nd i m taking it twice a day. n e suggestions on dosage?

I am copying my instructions above and hope that you do not use 5 drops in a cup of boiled water as it is possible that you may overdose.

A dose is a teaspoonful taken twice daily after shaking the bottle hard each time.

ok thx i added ur tips with my original tips which i had . it will help a lot more then earlier ones.
what is ur opinion about tea, coffee intake ,i use almost4 cups daily.n e effects of that on treatment in ur opinion, i was told 2 reduce it . ur thoughts on this matter?
