I presume that you are already aware that my default remedy for GERD and your ailments is Nat Phos 6x judging by the fact that you have included my name in your post. Incidentally I did not qualify in homeopathy to be entitled to dr.
Dose is 2 tablets taken after every meal and you should experience relief almost immediately.
