pregnant and took arnica montana??!!

I wasen't aware that I was pregnant and took GNC's arnica relief. I called my dr but he isn't sure what the effects of arnica does to a fetus. I read on the box that Pregnant women should not take the remedy. Will arnica pose any threat the the unborn fetus. i am in my first trimester right now. thank you...

When the manufacturers have given such note of caution then they should've added something other than the remedy.

So nasdag dont use the particular product during pregnancy.
