Pregnant with laryngotracheitis

I am 8 week pregnant and I have strong pains in my throat, especially by swallowing, loss of voice and dry cough.What homeopathic remedies can I take?

First use Arum Tryphyllum 30c twice a day for a week , wait a week to judge result.

Repeat if necessary

What made you to prefer Aurum tryphillum over other possibilites like Hepar and Spongia?

Why for a week? Why not for a month?

I tried Arum tryphillum for about 5 days, and I don't have any pain in the throat or cough. Thank you very much for your help!
I would like to ask you whether it is safe to use Arum if I have the same problems again later in my pregnancy?
