This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Problem with antibiotics is that they drive problems deeper into the body, while curing some or all of the symptoms.

This can result after a period of up to 6 months , in a kidney problem, which is never linked to the course of antibiotics that was responsible.

I am sure others will deal well and sympathetically with your problem.

Dear Pankaj

Rupesh mathur's wife's been suffering from this fever for more than 20 days which is not obviously good thing.

Is it not essential to deal with the acute problem first?

(My question is not to prejudice your analysis.)

There has been no major illness as such.

Problem we are facing is that we are not able to figure out as to why fever is still there - is it due to malaria which perhaps still resides even after the chloroquin course or is it due to mild urine infection?

Our main purpose is to get rid of the fever which is hovering around 99-100 d F

Hi Rupesh

What's your physician's and local homeopath's opinion regarding this.

Apart from the lab report you presented it'll be useful for someone here if you can present current symptoms of your wife's suffering like what she feels like in mind? Does she have delirium? what are the parts hot? chill means what time do they come? Is there any nausea/vomiting accompanied with chills? What time does fever come and go? How's her appetite? How about cough/cold/respiration symptoms? How about her thirst/tongue colour ? How about restlessness? How she feels with movement etc?

Hi maheeru

I have tried to answer your queries to the best I can

... what she feels like in mind?
> My wife other wise is feeling ok, her thoughts are positive, little bit frustrating for her at times due to longivity of fever which is understandable.

Does she have delirium?
> None

what are the parts hot? chill means what time do they come?
> Her feets and hands are hot during fever - mainly

Is there any nausea/vomiting accompanied with chills?
> There are no chills happening as of now - nausea/vomitting never happened till date

What time does fever come and go?
> Presently, fever starts from 9am (around 99 deg F) and as the day passes increases till 101.5 deg F.
No fever during night

How's her appetite?
> Good, she is eating pretty ok, only during the antibiotic phase she was feeling bit off for food

How about cough/cold/respiration symptoms?
> No cough/cold. Due to weakness at times her breathing becomes heavy - it has happened on very few occassions

How about her thirst/tongue colour ?
> Offlate she was feeling very dry in her mouth. Tougue colour is close to pink

How about restlessness? How she feels with movement etc?
> Weekness is there when she moves.
