lumps in ear lobes

hi, i was someone could help me diagnose my symptoms. they are: lumps in my ear lobes(no pus, just hard lumps that hurt when pressed),sting/burning sensation on skin, slight hair loss, shedding of skin on palms and feet,fever, headache,dizziness( feels more uncomfortable in heat),bumps on abdominal region(painful, resemble shaving bumps,will only produce liquid on persistent pressure),middle ear infection(resolved now),head aches, rumbling stomach(gurgling disturbibg sounds, audible by others, persists regardless of food intake and time). i'm hairy but my tighs seem a little smoother(less hair) than before.

I have solved a such problem with graphites in low potency.
