This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If nasal discharge is yellow. Give him Calcarea Sulphurica 3x thrice a day for three days and then Calcarea Sulphurica 30 once a day for three days.

If it is green, Pulsatilla 30 once a day for three days.

Dear,
Give your child KALI BICH 30, thrice a day for only 1 day, and report back about the conditions.

Thanks for all the suggestions. His constant coughing is gone now. But still persists nasal discharge. The constant coughing has turned into few times dominant coughing in a day. Most of the time during the day, he has wet coughing.

The main problem is 1-2 times very dry coughing during the night. This dry cough after mid-night continue for a minute and makes him difficult breathing. Pat on the back and lukewarm drinking water give him some relief. Is there any treatment for dry cough at night?
