dyspnea at night

Hello all,
I am suffering from dyspnea at night. Worse when I lie down. In the mornings when I awake there is a painful obstructive-like feel in my sternum area, accompanied with catarrh in the back of the nose and throat. Any suggestions to this? It seems like it may be some form of GERD but I am very strict about my diet etc? Thanks in advance.

Coz Dypsnoea at night can be caused by many factors including cardiac cause

Sir,
I am 28 years old. There is a family history of heart disease. Not sure what it is. Only occurs at night an hour or so before bed. Thanks for any suggestions.
