need remedie for flat warts

1. My daughter is 6 years old. She has flat warts on her face, mostly on a forehead. She is suffering from wart last year in a half. We tryed accupancture - didn't work. We tryed garlic and duct tape on top for the night. After 5 applications, one wart peeled off, but skin become red with sign of scar. We stopped. Does anyone have any suggestion?
