This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Fix the shoulder back with the help of trained physician ASAP. For acute pain you can take arnica 30 in wetdose frequently. As the pain fades, taper off the medicine.

To prevent recurrence you will have to go for constitutional treatment.

Other tips for safe Kaykaying:

-Shoulder dislocation(anterior-inferior i.e that means the ball comes out of the shoulder socket in front and lower) is most commonly caused by doing a 'high brace' where the paddle is held over the level of the shoulders, and dipping a blade to carve a turn. Here the TIP is don't raise your arms above your head while paddling!!

-The longer the shoulder is out of the socket, the more damage to the ligature occurs, so getting it back in soon is another TIP.
