Nocturnal emissions and spermatorrhoea

Hi,

I'm suffering from follwing since 3 and a half years:

1. Frequent nocturnal emissions (Every night or some times with a days gap)

2. Nocturnal emissions are with or without dreams.

3. I feel weakness after nocturnal emissions.

4. Transparent honey like liquid passes out when talking to girls.

5. Penis always small and contracted except early at early monings.

6. Frequent urination.

7. The transperent honey like liquid also sometimes passes out after urination and stool.

8. This passage of liquid intensifies after nocturnal emissions.

9. Very bad memory.

10. Weak nervous system (My hands vibrate and this vibration is felt more after night emission)

About my self:
- Age: 21
- Height: 5'6"
- Never did masturbation.
- Used to watch Rated afterdark movies.
- No constipation.
- Cool temper.
- Think too much.
- Sleep too much.

I have no idea of homeopathic medicines and its potencies. Please prescribe me some with information of how to use the medicine.

If this problem to due to weak nervous system, then prescribe some medicines for improving Nervous system.

Dear doctor i have same problem as the patient said upper but i masturbated four years back and left compeletey but nocturnal emission and liquid from penis comes out when i thought about sex and after urine aswell so plz suggest a homeopathic medicne.
