Metabolism, sugar cravings

Hi, just a question I am looking for something that will boost my metabolism and cut my cravings for carbs. Does anyone have suggestions? Please let me know.

Thank You,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I would love to know as well. I think some of my sugar cravings at night are due to dehydration.

Have you been tested for candida? Hypoglycemia? Food allergies?
If it occurs at night, it could be the adrenals/thyroid.

Get tested first to find out what's wrong.
Once you know what's out of balance, aminoacids (especially L-Glutamine) can help cure the protein-starved metabolism. Take one capsule in the morning before breakfast, one an hour before lunch and one around 2 p. m. and chew it. Do not take it at night. Tastes just like sugar, but instead of robbing your body of valuable nutrients, L-Glutamine strengthens nerves and bowels.

Sorry that I don't know more about homeopathy. Maybe someone can teach me!
