hair loss due to dht

hey guys i have a thinning head of hair. it isnt really male pattern baldin in my case it is a more general thinning throughout. this is caused by a genetic trait in my family for highly levels of the sex hormone DHT.

what can i do to thicken the hair, make it appear fuller and prevent further thinning and fall out.

cheers
