sir how are you
sir i visited ENT specialist and got all my test of ears there is no physical problem and there is also no wax in my ears and ear is working fine but i am suffering tinnitus
please now give any advice of what type of remedy i should use for it

Myristica Sebifera is not availabe here in homeopathic stores where i live is there any other remedy which can solve my problem please reply me back soon i will be thankful
