Heart Attacks..signs

Another mail I got today. Has some useful information.

Don't drink cold water after a meal !!

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about people and their heart attacks.

This makes sense.... the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals...not cold water... maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks: Not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.

60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.

Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

You may like to know that I have many patients, some among my employees, who were diagnosed with Angina and given the usual TNT tablets who do not use them since they started on a twice daily dose of a teaspoonful of Arnica 30c.

As you know many have criticized me for suggesting a remedy to be taken on a daily basis. The above is absolute incontrovertible proof that Arnica does have some special quality to promote the flow of blood by perhaps thinning it and thereby enabling the problems associated with circulatory diseases to be overcome.

I would recommend anyone who read this post to use this wonder remedy and see how it can help to improve one's health status.

Arnica should not be used daily, by patients who are on blood thinners for their angina problems.

To Murthy

You may like to know that I have absolute proof that blood thinners need NOT be used by the patient as Arnica performs the same function better.

My 2 employees whom I meet daily are a good example as they have given up completely their dependence on all drugs and are only using Arnica 30 in the wet dose twice daily. Neither of them has any discomfort although they were both diagnosed and treated with drugs by the specialists to whom I referred them for a positive diagnosis which the ECG proved.

It was only then that I took over and there is absolutely NO doubt that the Arnica is what keeps them without angina today.

I have often inquired if they feel short of breath or have any pain when climbing stairs and one of them even ran up the stairs as I used to do a few years ago and he reassured me that he feels very light in his step and that he jogs for 15 minutes daily after I put him on the Arnica.

This is the reason why I have prescribed it to you as I feel that Arnica may help you not to get so agitated whenever you see my presence on the ABC.

Dear Joe

Despite the daily dose of Arnica, you are the one getting agitated, a sign of which is your longish posts, and calling me a troll.

I always keep my posts short, precise and to the point.
