Yes John I also noticed the need for Cal. Carb. because of fontelles not closed yet.
Maybe let the child take some more doses (frequency)of Chammomilla 30 until the current teething stage is managed then go to Cal. Carb.
That's why I had suggested "acute" first and the "chronic" little later.
Best,
Pankaj Varma

that is not my suggestion---that is pankaj's-----
it is advised to see chiropractor..this is not being paranoid..
bump is first concern--lets start with---
single dose (3 pellets) "only" arnica 200c
keep me closely posted

For the bump it is okay to give Arnica ...as John says.

For her crying, is it okay to go back to chamomilia 30c? She cries easily lately. And nightmare kind of crying.
isabellesmom 2 decades ago
if crying is due to inner injury chamomilla will not effect deeply..
give arnica 200c --then access from thta point..

oh dear; okay will try arnica. would crying be due to tantrums, impatience, need for attention?

please explain all symptomology that ocured after bump....and ...all symptomology that was occuring before bump..
what exact date of bump?

Tantrums did come after bump, after third immunisation and after illness. Kind of one leading on to another. And also during teething of top little teeth which took a long while coming. So not sure which is the cause of what. Honestly can't remember exact date of bump.

what is child's current status concerning congestion and mucous in nose?
please put in chronological order best you can with at least approximate time spacing in between....bump---immunization and flu symptoms

Hi John
Just wanted to say that baby is settling in now; she's been more relaxed and bedtimes aren't the stressful times it used to be. She seems to be back the way she was. I am so so glad of that. I think the calc phos is really helpful; it took a bit of time to work, but I think it's her own natural healing. Mucous in nose is much better - easing off now. Still have problems with unsettled sleep though although some days she's very good but some days, still tosses and turns.

Arnica 6c. Wasn't able to get 200c, so gave her daily dose of 6c for 3 days in a row. She actually fell off the bed yesterday morning; daddy was too tired and missed her. Fell on her face; anyway brought her to osteopath and when I brought her in, her forehead was warm. She was normal through the day but when picked her up, she was quite warm in the forehead which is rather unusual for her. After the session, she was cool and nice again. The osteopath said there was tension between her head and neck and some in the forehead where a bump could have occured and to release the energy trapped there. I didn't notice any changes in her sleep patterns and this evening, when she was sitting and drinking, she tilted her bottle too high and fell backwards on the carpet. Fell with a thud though. I gave her arnica 6c again. She seemed fine again but I think I will have a nother session with the osteopath again next week. Can I keep giving her arnica 6c? I wish she would just stop bumping and hitting her head somewhere and despite all out diligent efforts, it still happens; very frustrating. Her appetite varies; I think she is teething again because her stools are different again; it's usually stringy and very wet. She loses interest in food and is only interested in food that she can rub her gums on eg teething biscuit etc. I don't know her weight and height now, but she is fine. Not overweight or underweight. She's lean and tall (or long) but pretty solid (heavy bones I think).

better to use single dose arnica 30c or 200c---order if need to...
how often (besides 2 incidence mentioned) child bump heads?when eaxactly remmeber first time?

first time would be big bump on head on door frame as mentioned previously. Then on and off as she is sitting, crawling and trying to stand. She sometimes tosses in her cot and bumps her head onto the sides, sometimes harder than others. I can only imagine this is going to be an ongoing process until she's steady on her feet but even then, other problems. 30c, how often should I give her and if she has other bumps, what dosage and how often should I give her?
An additional question; I have ichthyosis, mild but it is there and she is looking like she has inherited it. Is there any 'preventative' that I can give her?

Will try and order arnica 30c.
Ichthyosis - dry scaly skin (snake skin), scars easily and permanently, many lines on palms, facial skin okay. During pregnancy, nothing, usual oils - almond/jojoba oils. Had lots of stretch marks and i carried baby BIG - everyone thought it was skin. After birth, lots of loose skin around belly - doing sit ups but doesn't seem to go away. problem with skin elasticity. With baby - her legs, especially lower legs are dry - have to moisturise daily else starting to see dryness developing (snake skin like lines but compressed due to her much smaller size). Was difficult growing up with ichthyosis - got made fun of in school and wasn't diagnosed until about about5 years ago -specialists just said dry skin and would be okay by 18 but not true. Hoping child would not be the 50% that might get genetic disorder but I think she has it, hoping to minimise or take preventative measure.

Hi John,
Hope you can still remember my post about baby's nasal congestion problems. Well it is back. She has been fine since then and about two days ago, it was about 40 degree summer heat (this side of the world in australia) and in the evening, it was cooler but humid. She was restless probably from spending some time outside and was tossing and turning in bed and sweating (head only). I left her with her diapers on only and had a light cotton blanket over her. She kicked off blankets as she would most times and when I felt her about half an hour later, she was feeling quite cool all over. Well, that is how I think she got her cold this time. She woke up with a reddish nose - not running but sounding a little congested. Evening, she had running nose (clear runny discharge) and sneezes. Slept very badly last night - nose congested as per last time, tossing and turning and not being able to breath well and at times choking on her own congestion. She woke up this morning with profuse egg like discharge from nose and a cough. She is alert and happy otherwise. I started her on ferrum phos on the first day but it doesn't seem to be working. Should I go to chamomilia 30c and calc phos like I did the last time. She is also teething - two at the top and the gums at the bottom seems to be a little swollen too. Appetite has been good.
