Menstrual problems - painful etc

Hi, I know that the above would normally need constitutional treament but I was wondering if a partucular remedy would be worth trying in the meantime. I'm mid 30s and for the last few months now my periods have been very painful and heavy the first couple of days. I also experience slight nausea with it. The pain is cramps but also a dragging ache in my back.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try mag.phos 6x 4 tablets dissolved in about 60ml.of warm water.

Repeat whenever required.

It is the head medicine for menstrual cramps.

As you yoursef said, you need constitutional tretment for a permanent cure.

Hello Caroline,

I can't post up my personal story here but if you go to this website I set up, you can read my personal story there about my struggle with severe period pains from the age of 18, I'm now 33 and how I still have periods but now I am completely PAIN FREE and I achieved it NATURALLY, WITHOUT any drugs of any kind through nutrition. I am STILL blown away as to how I did it but I did. Read my story, it's good.
