Reporting to Dr Rishimba
Dear Rishimba,My elder son picked up three new words after giving Calcarea Carbonica 200c. It seems this medicine is good for him to some extent but the improvement is visible for one or two days then goes away.
Sometimes, I have observed that he is trying/ remembering few old words that he was not using before the use of Cal Carb. But it is for short time. His other autistic behaviour did not change.
My younger son is non verbal and did not change by CAL CARB.
Please let me know what to be done in the next? Should I try higher potencies for my elder son.
Also please let me know what should I do for my younger son.

just give one dose and note for 7 days, then if the improvements stop, we will give another dose after 10 days.

Dear Rishimba,
Strange or peculiar habits of my younger son are as follows.
1. He loves rocking very much and doing this over hours mostly while standing and lying.
2. He likes to be organized i.e, he always put back the things in its original place which is not very common for a three years old kid. But sometimes he try to dispose important things which is strange.
3. He loves the accompany of other kids but not necessarly play with them.
4. He loves very much Cocacola, Pizza, KFC and other fast foods
5. He very much likes his mom i.e., kissing always (a bit too much).
6. He loves dolls now-a-days very much.
7. Emotional i.e., if we do not fullfil any of his demand he start crying and crying.
8. He loves watching pictures/ album very much.
9. He loves to pick up some disposed wood or old brances of a tree and hold it over hours. He also loves to insert little things if he finds some opening!
10. He understand a lots in his own way but do not understand what we say.

i do not see any peculiar symptom in your child. most of the children do these things.
if the autism is an ill effect or immunizations/ vaccinations, then its better to start with a dose of THUJA 1M. this has to be followed up based on his totality of symptoms.
please answer the following questions
- did you have any alcoholic in your family at any point of time,( you, your father etc.)
- did anybody have ulcers in the family which were suppressed by allopathy or not treated by homoeopathic means.

Dear Rishimba,
I am used to drink alcohol by I am not alcoholic. I mean I am used to drink alcohol once in a month or so especially red wine. But when I was a MS and PhD student in Japan I took alcohol a little bit more but never was alcoholic. My father might have drink some alcohol at his early stage of life but never in 45-60 range of age.
In my family no body has suffered from ulcers so far. But have heart disease. My elder brother suffered from rehumatic fever although he was cured. I am not quiet sure whether I have ulcers in the stomach! I have been suffering from gastritis.
On the other hand my wife's grand mother suffered from cancer (may be uterine)and grand father suffered from prostrate cancer.
One peculiar symptom is that my sons some time walk in toes. His mom sometime also do the same.
I have described what I know so far. Please let me if you need additional information.

One of my friend told me to use DPT remedy that are available in California. Anyway, this is for your information and waiting for your suggestion.

- child is timid
- slow in understanding
- cries on being spoken to a little hard
- doesnt want to take bath
- no sense of cleanliness
- aversion to red meat
if your younger son is close to the above, give him a dose of SILICEA 1M . he will definitely respond.

My younger son very occasionally walk on toes (may be 1-5 minutes in a month) and he is timid. He is also slow in understanding and cries on being spoken to little hard. He does not want to take bath in winter.
But I am not quiet sure about his sense of clealiness and aversion to red meat.
Therefore, should I try SILICEA 1M? Please let me know.

I think the mental symptoms are quite close to that of SILICEA.
I would strongly suggest SILICEA 1M just one dose on any one morning in empty stomach.
You will know the difference within a week.
