Treatment of gingival pyorrhea with biochemic saltsHello everybody,
Does anyone know a proper biochemic salt for treatment of chronic gingival pyorrhea. I wonder whether Silica would be a right choice, because I have a few metal crowns on some teeth, and I know that Silica has the ability to force out foreign bodies.
I would appreciate any advice!
