The ABC Homeopathy Forum
Read for skin healing, pigmentation marks, scars etc
For anyone that is self-conscious about pigmentation marks caused by abrasions, acne marks and other injuries I have found something successful in HASTENING the healing of the skin through cell turn-over.Nothing new, but newly tried and tested , and this is pure NATURAL (NOT synthetic) high quality liquid Vitamin E. I repeat - HIGHEST quality .
The nightly application of liquid vitamin E seems to speed up the healing of the skin, when applied topically and rubbed well into the pigmented area.
Also, I can only think that over time this might lessen indented/pitted acne scars and other depressed scars - but I don't know this for sure.
Other skin healing aids I recommend are the age old CALENDULA , both topically and homeopathically,
...and if your pigmentation marks just refuse to fade no matter what , consider
Ledum Pal. 30c and check the remedy picture..

i have big chicken pox scars on forhead and chin but people say you can`t see them.at the time i used vitamin e capsules opened and rubbed into the scar but then after i was told by someone else that i should have rubbed the vitamin e around the scar and not in it and this would have closed the holes!?

Hi Molly - I'm not sure that would have made a difference - quite a tricky thing to do rubbing only around the scar anyway!! As I said i don't have any conclusive results about indented scars , only pigmentation but I would think that a combination of abrasion of the scar area (Microdermx do a good scrub), followed by the vit E would produce results over time.
