Quick question on dosages

My naturopath prescribed Aconite 1M, but I've lost the bottle. I went to my health food store and bought some 30c; what kind of dosage would I take to equal 1M? Or are they equivalent? I've searched various sites, but can't find the answer, and would VERY much appreciate some input. Many thanks!

Hi seneca

For what ailment you were given aconite 1M.

Hi, and thanks for replying. I have been experiencing anxiety, restlessness, and an irregular heartbeat; I was feeling very fearful. I was first given Aconite 30c, and that helped a lot; at my last appointment, he prescribed 1M to see if it would impact it further.

Ooopss --- made an error. He first prescribed 200c, not 30c, and now is stepping me up to 1M. I bought 30c at the health food store last night as I wait out the holidays to order a new shipment of 1M.

Dear seneca

In that case, going down in potency from 200c to 30c is not advisable. Waiting out till you get 1M is the best bet.

Wow --- I had no idea. I thought there would be equivalencies (e.g., 2 half cups equal 1 cup), but clearly it doesn't work that way. I know I have a lot to learn about homeopathy, having just started down this road, and you've helped me so much.

I'll do some more reading. Fascinating stuff.

Thanks again.
