This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Advice: Both of you - stop worrying, relax, enjoy. Too much concentrating on the mechanics and potions, and not enough on each other!

Dear ZepOz, thanks a lot for responding.
Anxiety is in the mind and it can be relaxed by yoga etc.

At the same , for such over anxious persons, can'nt homeopathy help?

Naman,

Yoga sounds like an excellent idea. So does any form of meditation, and massage, or similar. As long as you relax and not worry so much, things WILL work out for the better.

Eat healthy, moderate exercise regularly, sleep well, maintain good personal hygiene, etc. All the good stuff like that will help you enjoy life together! And remember to give yourselves time together too.

Good luck!
