I hope this is the information you were asking about. If it's not, please let me know.

Only one dosage of SULPHUR 1M was given and we were told not to give another dosage because the first one did not produce any results. This is also true for PHOSPHORUS and STRAMONIUM

08/13/2007: BELLADONNA 1M one dose every week for 3 weeks. after a gap of two weeks, PHOSPHORUS 1M one dose per week for 3 weeks.

10/27/2007: CALC CARB 10M only one dose after 2 weeks only.

11/11/2007: STRAMONIUM 200C one dose every sunday morning for three weeks.

12/17/2007: SULPHUR 1M on one morning and then another dose of 10M after 7 days.

04/01/2008: Arsenic Album 1M one dose every week for 2 weeks.

And no homeopathic medicines have been given after Arsenic Album 2 doses of 1M ?

sameervermani last decade
That is correct. He was taking various supplements, herbs, chinese herbs, vitamins, etc. I don't think there were any homeopathic ingredients in those.

Is he a chilly person or a warm blooded one in general ?

Any temperature or weather which makes him worse ?

Can you correlate any life event to the start of these problems ?

sameervermani last decade
I would say he is on the warm blooded side. Temprature or weather does not effect his mental condition, but he comments on the bad weather as being gloomy. Overall he had the obsessive-compulsive tendencies even in early childhood (for example, he used to re-trace his drawings and then letters, he used to check the switches, put things in certain order, etc.) But overall he was a happy child. We've just talked about 'traumatic' events in his life yesterday again. Now he thinks his symptoms became very severe after one incident at school, when he said something as a joke but the girl in his class took it as being very rude (his version!). He was 13 at that time. That incident was very stressful on him. I remember he was scared, didn't want to go back to school. He started avoiding people and keeping to himself. I can not say for sure if this was truely the cause or not, but that summer was the first summer when we knew he had a problem and needed help.

BlackSea last decade
What was it that made the event with the girl so traumatic ? Did she retort with harsh words ? Did she insult him ?

I just want to find out the primary emotion he felt in that event.

sameervermani last decade
It's my understanding that the girl was very upset about the comment. She confronted my son and also told many of her friends the negative things about him. I believe the feelings, that my son experienced, were a mixture of paranoia and a failure to be a good person. Before this incident, he was always liked by his teachers and the kids. He strived to be a good student and a good friend. It was the first time when somebody truely disliked/hated him. But I think he blew it out of proportion as well. He was afraid that somebody could come to the house and harm him and us. So he was really afraid of the girl and her friends.

Dr. Sameer, I just want to thank you again and again for taking my son's case!!!

BlackSea last decade
So was it primarily a fear of humiliation ?

Or was there any anger or indignation ?

sameervermani last decade
I would say humiliation.

BlackSea last decade
So, you are sure he feared humiliation ?

And, he was much better before this event ?

sameervermani last decade
Also, is he still prone to counting continually ?

sameervermani last decade
He feared any kind of revenge from the girl and her friends that could be in a form of physical violence or ruining his 'image' among teachers and kids. He had some obsessive-compulsive behaviors before that incident, but they probably didn't bother him that much. After the incident it was the first summer when he was feeling distressed, was spending the whole day on the couch, couldn't sleep and eat much, did not want to go outside, etc. It's difficult for me the say though if the incident was the trigger or the result of his condition getting worse.

Currently his compulsions are mostly mental even though he still has some physical compulsions as well. Overall he is trying to build a 'structure' of events/images/memories/thoughts in his head. Every time a new thought or a thought that he had before comes to his head, he is trying to fit it somewhere in that structure. He says sometimes it helps but sometimes it doesn't and he has to re-build the 'structure' and try to find a place for the current thought. So the whole day he is preoccupied with this 'processing' of the thoughts. The thoughts are just random thoughts, but he gets stuck on them. So the whole day he feels on edge, because when another thought would pop up, he is afraid he would not be able to find the 'right' spot for it in his mental 'structure' and then he would feel in horrible distress for a long time or forever.

And before this problem got worse, was he a mild mannered and yielding kid ?

sameervermani last decade
How about his sleeping position ?

Have you ever noticed any changes in his behaviour when he is near the ocean or on a beach ?

sameervermani last decade
I think he is on his side or on his back when I wake him up in the morning.

Near the ocean or on the beach he is mentally just as distressed as at any other place, but I think he likes the beach and the ocean.

BlackSea last decade
When he is on his side are his knees close to his chest ?

Also, was he a mild mannered kid before this problem got worse ?

Was he very sympathetic to other's pain and suffering ?

sameervermani last decade
His knees are not closed to his chest when he is on his side.

He was a mild mannered kid. He was always shy and tried to be more on the background.

He was not sympathetic that much to other's misfortune.

Do all of the symptoms in 2007-11-12 post you made still exist ?

sameervermani last decade
Yes, all symptoms are still present. The only change is that he is taking daily showers. This is mostly because the skin on his face is completely covered with huge cystic acne and he has to at least keep it clean. Also I need to mention that a couple of times when I asked him to start a new treatment (for example, the neuro-supplements and later cleansing) he was a little hopeful but for a very short period of time. When he didn't see any changes, he got discouraged quickly.

BlackSea last decade
And any other physical complaints like the cystic acne you just mentioned ?

sameervermani last decade
Constipation is another one. Also his palms get very wet (the water is literally dripping) when he gets even a little anxious/nervous. The armpits and feet are the same way.

Okay then, the plan is go to Silicea 200C, a total of 3 doses.

Dissolve 2 pellets of Silicea 200c in a 250 ml plain spring water bottle.

Give him a cap full from this bottle 3 times in a day at a gap of two hours.

Some restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water bottle.
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin

Let me know in 1 week after these 3 doses, or earlier if needed.

Sameer

Dr. Sameer, thank you so very much!!! I'll place the order. Just wanted to ask if the pellets are dairy-free or you would prefer us to use the liquid form of the remedy?

Also, did I understand correctly that these three doses should be given one day only and all the restrictions are only for that one day?

Once again thank you very much!!!

BlackSea last decade
The 3 doses are for 1 day only, but the restrictions hold for the whole week.

You can use pellets or liquid , does not matter... use 2 drops instead of 2 pellets if you get the liquid.

Tip in case you use pellets: If you leave the pellets in the spring water bottle for 10-15 mins, they will dissolve by themselves, and then you can shake gently a few times for it to spread evenly.

sameervermani last decade
Hello Dr. Sameer, my son took 3 doses today. As you mentioned we'll be watching for any changes for the next week. Thank you!!!

BlackSea last decade
Okay, good luck !
