hi pls suggest some idea for me

hi im 21 years old n my problem is my breast size is not soo big my size is 29.physically im good other than this.my periods are regular.im vegeatrian .coz of this problem i cant able to face anyone i feel very much depressed.please tel me what diet i need to follow to overcome from his..please help me...
