Okay, it is fine then, take the doses from 15 ml LM4 bottle, 1 drop in 500 ml, 10 sucussions before every dose.
Take the dose once every 5 to 6 days depending on need. If you feel good, delay the dose by a day. If you feel worse, you can dose a day early.

I promised an update but I do not have much to inform as there is not much happening.
I feel mostly calm and satisfied and still have the same old problems physically.
Another problem is a tooth
inflammation in the root and my dentist wants me to do a surgery by a specialist since I have had this problem for almost two years. I do have pain but not very much so I can stand it, but I wonder what kind of trouble it might give. As the specialist has a long waiting time this will be scheduled in December.
I would like to have your opinion and HELP to avoid the surgery. Is there something to give to heal this before the dentist will call for me? Please....
Hope you will give me an answer with a suggestion to heal.

It´s on my right lower side, not a wisdom but second molar from there. I don´t have my own tooth but a crown and 2 of the roots are fixed many years ago and a third one does not exist my dentist said. I had a second opinion and that dentist says, there must be an infected root as long as I have pain when touching the area around.
Hope I have explained enough to you. Otherwise just ask again, please!

This is my report from the 5 past days:
day 1: felt very calm, satisfied and thankful, a joyful inner feeling, not as critical as before and also no arrogance.
stiffness in the nose and some bluish
day 2: first part of the day was mentally bad for no reason but changed to the better in the afternoon,
later even sadness for no reason
day 3-4: no ups and downs
day 5: a little irritability
Must be okay with next dose!! .......as per your earlier instruction, right??

I am very insecure how to handle the dosing now as I have many physical aggravations since 4 days.
I will give you a detailed information as I need your advise how to continue;
day 1: bad sleeping with many dreams, hot flushes, fatigued and lack of vitality, slight headache, backpain with burning sensation all around,
day 2: good sleeping, more alert, some anxiety, got another bruise on left thigh, a little abscess on right chin since some days. This must be from years ago when I had a bad one right there and had to visit a doctor for help. Nose has improved.
day 3: a day between good and bad, some irritability, stress symptoms and betweentimes fine
day 4: exceptional tired this morning, bad gastritis, slight nausea, chilly, fatigued, don´t want to be talked to, want to be alone, nose aggravates again:( so frustrating.....
I will be glad to get your proposal for the next step.

Here comes the next one: I have the infection very very closed as three persons in Pia´s family are sick and the virus looks like H1N1. It started very quickly and contains all the symptoms you read about. As I met all of them closely two days in a row and am in the riskzone I need your support how to handle an possible infection PLEASE, IF....the virus even will attack me.
I have Aconitum D30. Can I take wet-doses of that IF....necessary??

Hi!
Wow, I had a very good mental response from that last dose 5 days ago with joyfulness and good energy:)
Since then every day has been fine and I also have had some physical improvements.
It will be day 6 now and I plan for another dose tonight. Hope that will be okay though I have not had any relapse. Please, confirm Sameer!

I had another dose last Wednesday and I slept badly that night, woke up 1.30 and didn´t sleep much more.
day 1: very bad day, chilly, many physical ailments /nose, lips, teeth, burning feeling around both kidneys, left leg worse,/ irritability & anger
day 2: physical ailments improved a little and also the mental situation improved but still not good,
day 3: feeling slight calmer but fatigued, indolent and weak, sort of irritability came up and down, constipation since several days which is exceptional since I excluded Gluten.
day 4: very tired/sleepy, went to bed a little late last night and Iam now in low spirits, irresolute and a little shaky . Again gastritis
Will it be too much with another dose again or do you think I shall try that tonight?
I have a feeling that every alternate dose has worked very good and the others worse. Can you read this out from my reports? If so what do you think is the reason?

Replying after five days. Hope you will get a clear idea of my situation.
day 1: a lot of inner trembling, alternating mood mostly bad, whole day irritable, hunger soon after eating specially in the evening, itching palms, bluish fingers, got a rupture in the little finger which became blue and swollen / that is an old symptom/
day 2: over all weak, tired and sleepy, gastritis and slight nausea, joints aching, chilly around lower back and abdomen and down in the legs, nose cold, bad mood, anxious and also a little sad
day 3: still sadness and tiredness, eyes are very sleepy, more refluxes, physical much pain, inflexible and stiffness, anxiety
day 4: sleep was no good and after being up a while I got a severe pain between the shoulders like hits from a knife /yes, I can imagine the feeling from such a bad acting/ and this pain stayed for many hours but less during the evening, nervousness and anxiety
There is a supplement you also need to get to have a correct description from the last days and that is how much the stormy weather we have had for some days influences my body. As I told you before this affected me very much earlier and I do believe it is the same even now. Many of the ailments might depend on this, I guess.
Day 5: more energy, slight better mood, still lower backpain, chilly and achy around the kidneys and also between the shoulders,
Remember I have the LM5 if it´s time?
