3 year old with mouth blisters..

Hi I have a 3 year old who has , 3 raised blisters on his lips, he had one yesterday and 2 have come over night, no spots in any other places, a little more sensitive than usual, waking lots, he complained they were saw last night, can any one help, he has 1ml of tub daily, for anger behaviour issues, thanks stella
