Swelling around left eye lids

The patient suddenly feels pain and itching on the upper lid of left eye. Due to itching problem the spot was rubbed with the palm and the whole eye lids are swelled . The color of the spot where the pain and swelling was maximum is found bluish . Presuming that it is the case of an insect bite, Apis Mel 30 are given four times a day for two days . But no improvement is noticed .
Rather , whole eye as wel as the bottom of eye lids are swelling. Now the patient can not open the eye as it is completely covered with the eye lids . The allopathy medicine Saptomycin ointment was also applied but no improvement is noticed .
May kindly suggest suitable remedy.

Thanks for your suggestion . As the pain was increasing and your suggestion is reached in late , antibiotic drug Zithrocin-250 are given but a very little improvement is noticed. It is confirmed that it is a case of poisonous insect bite, like mosquito. Now there is a pain on the corner of the upper eye-lid with discolor of skin . The left side of face is slowly swelling. The swelling is spongy as if water is accumulated there and the water seems to be slowly coming downwards. Considering the very old age of the patient , i am intereted for homeopathy.
Due to changed situation shall i go for phytolacca decandra 6c as suggested by you .Kindly inform me .

swelling after insect bite should be first tried out with APIS MEL.

if the skin turns blue, LACHESIS is indicated.

you can start with APIS MEL 12C every 2 hours for some doses and note the result.

As i told earlier intially Apis Mel-30 were given 4 doses. But no improvement. Present condition is - severe pain at the spot with discolor of the skin , swelling on eye lids, spongy swelling on the affected part of the face.
kindly advise Apis Mel-12 or Lachesis are to be given . The potency and doses of Lachesis may be intimated .
